Summary:
Micro-carcinoid tumorlets in a patient presenting with severe obstructive lung disease. Superimposed on the background of the mosaic pattern, there are several nodules ranging in size from a few mm to 1 cm (the carcinoid-like foci, many of which abut and obliterate small airways).
