Summary: 
Bilateral pleural effusions, more prominent on the right. Segmental atelectasis is noted in the right upper and both lower lobes. There are interstitial bands and interlobular septal thickening in the upper and lower lobes, relatively sparing the lungs anteriorly. Note the chest drain in situ.
