Pulmonary venous involvement of sarcoidosis. a) Granulomas in the wall of an interlobular vein, with a partial occlusion of the vascular lumen. b) Invasion of the venous wall by fibrotic granulomas, which results in hemi-circumferential destruction, with a disruption of the elastic laminae (arrow) and vascular luminal narrowing.
