Summary:
a) Bilateral alveolar and perihilar nodular opacities prominent in chest radiography of a 32-yr-old male Behçet patient with massive haemoptysis. b) Thorax computed tomography of the same patient revealed thrombosed aneurysm of the left main pulmonary artery. Although the patient responded to the corticosteroid and pulse cyclophosphamide treatment on this first attack, he died due to a second massive haemoptysis 3 months after diagnosis.
